 Justice under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  Is it all drama?

 

Article (1) of the Universal Declaration gives a natural and universal principle that all human beings are born free and equal in rights and dignity.

 Article (6) of the Declaration makes it clear that every person has the right to have his or her identity recognized by law everywhere.  Article 7 states that all are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law.

 Under Article (9), a person cannot be detained or deported merely at the will of the ruler.

 Article (10) makes it clear that every person has the right to be treated fairly and has the right to be tried in a fair and impartial manner in an open and impartial court.  Be from

 Article (11) acquits every person until the charges against him are proved in an open and impartial court and he is given full opportunity to defend himself.

 No person shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment under Article 5.

 In a country where family dictatorship and monarchy have taken over, all this will be considered as paper and fabrication.  Where a few family dictators can destroy the country and the nation for the protection of their family, it does not need any rules, laws or articles of the constitution.
